And as I find myself navigating the last stage of finalizing my new website, I can relate to this saying wholeheartedly. This site will be the gateway for high-performing women to access energizing and inspiring weekly content straight to their inboxes. It hasn’t been without its challenges, but I’m determined to create an experience that is seamless and enriching for my people. In moments like these, I know perseverance is key. As someone who thrives on creating and innovating, I’ve learned that the initial stages of a project usually come easily to me. It’s that last 10% that demands my utmost attention to detail, effort, and perseverance. To achieve the outcome that I desire, I have discovered the power of mental triggers or anchors. These anchors provide me with invaluable support, allowing me to strike a balance between determination, trust, and surrender.In my current situation, this group photo serves as my anchor. It captures me alongside some of the dedicated volunteers who have played a vital role in the social enterprise that I lead. For me, this image encapsulates what can be achieved through unwavering determination, as well as trust and surrender. In 2017, we embarked on a program to restore hearts, and now we’re positively impacting the mental well-being of over 1,000 individuals. This photo serves as a reminder that success lies in perseverance and attention to detail. As fellow achievers, I hope my story encourages you in your own pursuit of excellence.
